Job summary

Schneider Electric in Lund, Sweden, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex engineering programs for fire and security software. Based at the R&D Innovation Site, you will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate global teams, and ensure projects meet budget, time, and quality objectives while upholding a people-first culture.

You should have 5+ years in project/program management, an advanced degree or PMP/PM cert, and experience with software platforms and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project/ program management.
• Experience leading end-to-end delivery of new software platforms (requirements → architecture → development → deployment → release).
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Software Engineering, Product Management, QA, UX, DevOps, Cybersecurity, System Integration).

Responsibilities

• Lead program and project execution for the fire and security software offering.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery with ownership and accountability for the product portfolio.
• Oversee full life-cycle delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary engineering programs.
• Collaborate across a large, global matrix organization and adapt to time zones.
• Drive alignment, manage cross-cultural communication, and maintain a people-first culture.
