Job summary

Rasulson Consulting AB is seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer to lead a large-scale Agile Release Train in a complex automotive development environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitate SAFe ceremonies and drive continuous improvement across the ART.

The role requires strong SAFe & Lean-Agile knowledge, excellent stakeholder management, and proven facilitation skills in multi-team environments. Automotive experience and SAFe RTE certification are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer, Senior Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Program Manager.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe, Lean-Agile principles and large-scale agile delivery.
• Background from automotive, manufacturing, embedded software or other complex engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt workshops, ART Syncs and other SAFe ceremonies.
• Coordinate dependencies, risks and impediments across teams.
• Work closely with Product Management, Product Owners, System Architects, Engineering Managers and business stakeholders to connect strategic objectives with execution.
• Coach teams and stakeholders in Lean-Agile practices.
• Support the achievement of Program Increment objectives and drive continuous improvement across the ART.
• Monitor and improve performance through metrics on predictability, flow, quality and lead time.
• Foster an environment where engineering, product and business functions collaborate effectively.

Release Train Engineer (SAFe) – Automotive

About the role

Our client, a company within the automotive industry, is looking for an experienced Release Train Engineer to lead and coordinate a large-scale Agile Release Train in a complex development environment. As servant leader and facilitator, you will ensure collaboration, alignment and delivery across multiple cross-functional teams, stakeholders and technical domains, and help create predictability, transparency and continuous improvement throughout the development lifecycle.

Meriting experience

• Automotive R&D, connected vehicles, embedded systems, digital products or software-intensive product development
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Kendis, Miro or similar collaboration and planning tools
• Experience in global and distributed development organizations
• Experience from transformation initiatives within large-scale Agile frameworks
