Rasulson Consulting is seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer to lead a large-scale Agile Release Train in a complex automotive development environment.
You will facilitate SAFe ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and coach stakeholders in Lean-Agile practices to improve predictability and delivery.
Candidates with SAFe RTE certification and strong stakeholder skills are encouraged to apply.
Formación
- Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer, Senior Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Program Manager.
- Strong knowledge of SAFe and Lean-Agile principles for large-scale delivery.
- Background in automotive, manufacturing, embedded software or complex engineering environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience facilitating large planning events and coordinating multiple teams.
- Strong leadership with a servant leadership mindset.
- SAFe RTE certification is highly desirable.
Responsabilidades
- Facilitate PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt workshops, ART Syncs and SAFe ceremonies.
- Coordinate dependencies, risks and impediments across teams.
- Connect strategic objectives with execution with Product Management, System Architects and stakeholders.
- Coach teams and stakeholders in Lean-Agile practices.
- Support the achievement of Program Increment objectives and drive continuous improvement across the ART.
- Monitor and improve performance through metrics on predictability, flow, quality and lead time.
- Foster collaboration between engineering, product and business functions.
