Job summary

Edenspiekermann AG is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate agile processes and ensure team flow within a dynamic design team in Sweden. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Project Owners, and other Scrum Masters to support a multi-year project with a major vehicle manufacturer.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience as a Scrum Master in SAFe environments, strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence, and ideally, experience in Automotive & Mobility sectors. We offer a hybrid work environment, flat hierarchies, and opportunities for personal development.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in SAFe environments.
• Automotive & HMI Experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Facilitation of agile processes and team communication.
• Ensuring that team information is structured and updated in Jira.
• Supporting the on-time delivery of planned work.

Skills

Facilitation and communication skills

Knowledge of Jira and Confluence

Experience with design or product teams

Excellent English; German is a plus
