Job Description

For our client, we are looking for a Scrum Master/Developer.

The role

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Java backend developer and are looking for curious minds that love collaboration and are interested in the future of mobility within the automotive industry. This is a split role: 50% Scrum Master over a team of 6 developers and 50% as one of the developers in the team.

Who are you?

You are an experienced backend DevOps software developer with experience within Java programming.

Mandatory skills

• Experience in Scrum Master/team lead roles
• Very skilled in Java backend (+10 years)
• Very skilled in TypeScript
• Experience with AWS (primary Serverless)
• Understanding of micro services, architecture and design
• DB skills (SQL and NoSQL)
• Experience working with GitHub
• Skilled in Spring Boot
• Experience in asynchronous programming
• Experience in Unix, Linux
• Experience in Test Driven Development
• Experience in CI/CD
• Experience of Agile way of working (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)

Bonus

• Experience in Automotive industry and connectivity.
• Understanding of scalability and experience of load tests of software solutions.
• Additional knowledge of connected applications, CDK, Code Pipelines, Docker, Serverless development, load testing and application profiling.
