This is what your new colleagues do At Core Platform Nodes we are building high-performance computers-in-the-car architecture. We are leaders in the paradigm shift that is happening in the car industry. A key for enabling innovation within areas such as Autonomous Drive, Advanced Connectivity, and Machine Learning. Our mission is to create a vehicle computer platform using the latest technologies and latest chip technology in combination with also more traditional car signaling technologies. We are dedicated to delivering platform functions to simplify application development to create a safe, reliable, and secure platform solution within Volvo Cars for increased innovation and speed. What you will do In your role you will have the responsibility of:
- Lead Scrum ceremonies, remove obstacles, and facilitate problem-solving, collaboration, and conflict resolution to enable the most effective work delivery by development teams.
- Review the backlog of work for a medium-sized project and reprioritize the work and the deployment of project resources to reduce costs and increase the value of the work delivered to the business.
- Communicate the local action plan; explain how this relates to the function's strategy and action plan and to the broader organizations mission and vision; motivate people to achieve local business goals.
- Lead a small- to medium-sized project team; communicate the project vision and the necessary outcomes, along with guidance to achieve these outcomes; coordinate team actions on project activities; coordinate the flow of additional team members on and off the team, as needed; and identify areas of improvement to build the capability of the team through training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Develop short- or medium-term work schedules in order to achieve planned commitments. Approve overtime or use additional resources as needed.

- Policy and procedures
- Several years of experience in leading and coaching technical teams
- Have a technical degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Software development in embedded environments
