Job summary

Rasulson Consulting AB is seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer to lead a large-scale Agile Release Train in a complex automotive development environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitate SAFe ceremonies and drive continuous improvement across the ART.

The role requires strong SAFe & Lean-Agile knowledge, excellent stakeholder management, and proven facilitation skills in multi-team environments. Automotive experience and SAFe RTE certification are highly valued.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer, Senior Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Program Manager.
Strong knowledge of SAFe, Lean-Agile principles and large-scale agile delivery.
Background from automotive, manufacturing, embedded software or other complex engineering environments.

Responsibilities

Facilitate PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt workshops, ART Syncs and other SAFe ceremonies.
Coordinate dependencies, risks and impediments across teams.
Work closely with Product Management, Product Owners, System Architects, Engineering Managers and business stakeholders to connect strategic objectives with execution.
Coach teams and stakeholders in Lean-Agile practices.
Support the achievement of Program Increment objectives and drive continuous improvement across the ART.
Monitor and improve performance through metrics on predictability, flow, quality and lead time.
Foster an environment where engineering, product and business functions collaborate effectively.
