Job summary

ARKET is seeking an Area HR Manager to implement the brand HR strategy across stores in SE / FI / EE / LV / LT / DK / NO. You will work with Area and Store Teams to ensure high employee engagement and lifecycle quality while aligning with local regulations.

You will travel up to 20% and manage store HR activities, partner with Talent Acquisition, and influence HR processes across the North Area. This is a 12-month, full-time contract starting April 2027.

Responsibilities

• Implement the brand HR strategy to ensure employee engagement and quality of the employee life cycle.
• Contribute to a people-first working environment and support actions based on annual HR goals.
• Collaborate with the Area Team to ensure efficient workflows.
• Coordinate with Regional HR to feedback on people agenda and processes.
• Train & coach Store Managers to act on HR KPIs.
• Ensure stores follow global health & safety policy.
• Maintain relationships with H&M group HR teams for employee relations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment and succession planning.
• Liaise with HR and legal to comply with local policies.
