ARKET is seeking an Area HR Manager to implement the brand HR strategy across stores in SE / FI / EE / LV / LT / DK / NO. You will work with Area and Store Teams to ensure high employee engagement and lifecycle quality while aligning with local regulations.

You will travel up to 20% and manage store HR activities, partner with Talent Acquisition, and influence HR processes across the North Area. This is a 12-month, full-time contract starting April 2027.

As an Area HR Manager, you are responsible to ensure all our stores are equipped to provide the best possible customer experience by securing the successful implementation of the brand's HR strategy, short and long-term. In this role, you work together with Area and Store Teams to secure quality throughout the employee life cycle. This role will be responsible for stores in: SE / FI / EE / LV / LT / DK / NO.

What you will do

• Responsible for implementing the brand HR strategy to ensure employee engagement and the quality of the employee life cycle
• Contribute to a people first working environment, driving and supporting actions & events based on the annual HR goals
• Collaborate with all functions in the Area Team, contribute to an efficient- and informative- workflow
• Collaborate with the Regional HR Team to provide feedback on the people agenda to influence materials and processes needed to meet the changing needs
• Train & coach Store Managers to take actions based on HR KPIs to ensure business needs are met
• Work with Store Managers to ensure stores operate within the guidelines of global health & safety policy
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with H&M group HR teams to ensure quality of employee relations
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Partner to secure recruitment activities and succession planning
• Knowledgeable on local legislation and culture, liaise with H&M HR and legal departments to ensure all stores are following local policies

Additional Information

This is a full-time temporary contract for 12 months, starting in April 2027. Employees can be based in any of the Area North countries (Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Denmark, or Norway). The contract will be issued locally in the employee's country of employment.
