Job summary

IMI Climate Control seeks a Country Cluster HR Partner to advise business leaders across Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark. You will drive HR initiatives spanning talent acquisition, performance, engagement, HRIS, and organizational development in a multinational setting.

You will collaborate with local leaders, support change management, ensure compliance with Swedish and regional laws, and foster an inclusive culture while delivering HR operations excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Fluency in English and Swedish; additional languages welcomed.
• Experience in HR Manager/Senior HR Operations in a multinational.
• Knowledge of Swedish employment law; familiarity with others.
• Experience with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors preferred).

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to business leaders across Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark.
• Oversee HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, contracts, HRIS, data integrity.
• Lead performance management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives.
• Support talent acquisition, succession planning and development pipelines.
• Drive learning and development initiatives and inclusion programs.
• Lead HR projects for Climate Control across multiple countries.
