In this temporary position, you will provide exceptional service to colleagues and external visitors while managing various administrative tasks. Candidates should have experience in customer service and conference preparations, with strong fluency in both Swedish and English. Responsibilities

• Give a first-class welcome to our colleagues and external visitors.
• Have full responsibility for our new hire process.
• External conference and workshop host.
• Representing First Impression in new hire events.
• Responsibility for phone subscriptions.
• Managing all deliveries to and from the office.
• Support Netlight colleagues with day-to-day matters.
• Sustainability and environmental work.
