Job summary

Magnit is seeking a Recruitment Specialist (Delivery Partner) to ensure efficient delivery of services to clients and vendors. The role focuses on coordinating recruitment processes for technical R&D positions across multiple EMEA countries, while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

You will implement process improvements, manage SOPs, and collaborate with hiring managers and suppliers to meet contractual deliverables.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in staffing industry operations or MSP
• 3+ years recruiting technical R&D roles
• Customer-oriented and self-motivated with a Can-Do attitude
• Strong communication across all organization levels in person or remote
• Fluent Swedish and English at professional level
• Growth mindset and agility to learn and progress
• Able to collaborate with peers and teams
• Experience with VMS Fieldglass is beneficial
• Exposure to billing processes in MSP environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in HR or engineering is preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver Magnit's services efficiently to clients and vendors
• Maintain high-quality client service and day-to-day operations
• Manage recruitment processes for multiple verticals across EMEA
• Develop and implement new processes to improve efficiencies
• Maintain SOPs for day-to-day procedures
• Meet with hiring managers to qualify requisitions and communicate with suppliers
• Address issues for workers, managers, and staffing suppliers in a timely manner
