Job summary

Magnit is seeking a Recruitment Specialist (Delivery Partner) to ensure efficient delivery of services to clients and vendors. The role focuses on coordinating recruitment processes for technical R&D positions across multiple EMEA countries, while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

You will implement process improvements, manage SOPs, and collaborate with hiring managers and suppliers to meet contractual deliverables.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in staffing industry operations or MSP
• 3+ years recruiting technical R&D roles
• Customer-oriented and self-motivated with a Can-Do attitude
• Strong communication across all organization levels in person or remote
• Fluent Swedish and English at professional level
• Growth mindset and agility to learn and progress
• Able to collaborate with peers and teams
• Experience with VMS Fieldglass is beneficial
• Exposure to billing processes in MSP environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in HR or engineering is preferred

About the Role

The Recruitment Specialist (internally known as a Delivery Partner (DP) is responsible for the efficient delivery of Magnit's services to our clients. This position will work closely with vendors (panel suppliers), client hiring managers and cross-functional teams, utilizing the VMS tool to ensure smooth service delivery.

What You Will Do

• DP is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Magnit's products/services
• The DP must maintain quality client service and day to day operations with a focus on meeting contractual deliverables and ensuring an effective and proactive communication with internal/external stakeholders
• The DP scope of responsibilities covers multiple business verticals (professional, IT, payroll, etc.) over multiple EMEA countries (our client is a large multinational with a global footprint)
• The primary focus of the role will be on supporting and managing recruitment processes for technical R&D roles, including engineering and specialist positions within research and development.
• Implement new processes or enhance current processes to strengthen efficiencies
• Embrace a continuous improvement and consultative approach to continually add value to our community of hiring managers for an optimal customer experience
• Maintain an updated SOP "Standard Operating Procedures" for day-to-day procedures so that operations functions efficiently

For Staffing requirements:

• Facilitate the fulfillment of temporary requisitions through VMS system and efficiently manage the relationship/interaction of staffing suppliers and hiring managers
• Proactively meet with hiring managers to qualify requisitions and convey relevant information to approved suppliers to empower them for success
• Anticipate, resolve and follow- through, in a timely manner, all issues related to the worker, manager and staffing supplier

What You Will Need

• 3+ years of experience working in a relevant area such as staffing industry operations, MSP or an internal HR/recruiting position
• 3+ years of experience recruiting technical roles within R&D (e.g., engineering, development, or research positions)
• A customer-oriented, self-motivated critical thinker with a "Can-Do" attitude!
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to connect effectively across all layers of the organization in both a face to face and remote working environment
• Fluent in Swedish and English at professional level
• A growth mindset and agility: Keen to learn, develop and progress
• A team spirit with the willingness to support and collaborate with peers, colleagues
• Able to approach situations from an analytical mindset to generate a logical conclusion;
• Exposure to billing processes in a MSP environment will be a plus
• Experience with VMS Fieldglass will be beneficial
• Strong MS Office Suite (specifically Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint) and Web-based resources;
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HR or engineering degree will be a plus)
