Job summary

Vintly in Stockholm is seeking a structured Project Manager - Implementations & customer success to own customer onboarding from contract to go-live. This active leadership role bridges our Customer Success, Operations and Tech teams to deliver fast, controlled onboarding with high quality.

You will run onboarding journeys, lead demos and training, and continuously improve playbooks while maintaining clear communication with customers and suppliers across borders. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Structured project leader with strong onboarding experience.
• Excellent communication with commercial and technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in Swedish and English; able to present cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding journey from contract to go-live.
• Run demos and lead training sessions for brand teams and suppliers.
• Continuously sharpen onboarding playbooks and templates.
• Coordinate across Customer Success, Operations and Tech teams.
