Job summary

Vintly in Stockholm is seeking a structured Project Manager - Implementations & customer success to own customer onboarding from contract to go-live. This active leadership role bridges our Customer Success, Operations and Tech teams to deliver fast, controlled onboarding with high quality.

You will run onboarding journeys, lead demos and training, and continuously improve playbooks while maintaining clear communication with customers and suppliers across borders. Hybrid work is available.

Are you a structured project leader who thrives in a fast-paced scale-up environment? Do you love taking complex workflows, turning them into clear action plans and driving projects all the way to go-live?

At Vintly, we are digitizing the B2B retail production & supply chain. Our SaaS platform empowers global brands to track production and optimize supplier collaboration and work flows. As we scale, we’re looking for a Project Manager - Implementations & customer success who will own our customer implementations from signed contract to go-live.

The Role

This is an active, hands-on project leadership role—not a passive coordination job. You’ll work closely with our Customer Success, Operations and Tech teams to ensure every customer onboarding is executed with speed, control and high quality.

• Own the Onboarding Journey: Manage project plans, hold kick-offs and track weekly project progress until go-live.
• Guide & Train Users: Run demos, lead training sessions and help both brand teams and suppliers transfer their daily operations into Vintly.
• Process Builder: Continuously sharpen our onboarding playbooks and templates so every new onboarding runs smoother than the last.
• Keep the Rhythm: Drive communication across internal teams, customers and international suppliers—with structure, pace, and a smile.

Who You Are

• Project Leader: Highly structured, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple parallel workflows without losing momentum.
• Industry & Tech Savvy: A background in fashion, production or supply chain is a big plus. Experience with SaaS onboarding and project tools (e.g., "Monday/Asana") is preferred.
• People Skills: You are a natural communicator in both Swedish and English, comfortable presenting to both commercial and technical stakeholders.
• Scale-up Mindset: You take pride in double-checking your own work, taking full ownership and making an impact in a growing team.
