Job summary

Hitachi Energy Grid Integration in Västerås, Sweden, is seeking a Documentation Specialist to join our team full-time in the office. You will manage project documentation, ensure compliance with requirements, and coordinate with engineering and vendors to deliver accurate records.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, have 3–5 years of documentation experience, are meticulous, and communicate clearly in Swedish and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; engineering background preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in documentation management.
• Meticulous and proactive in supporting all project functions.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Fluent in Swedish; English required; Finnish a plus.
• Swedish citizenship required due to security.

Responsibilities

• Manage documentation deliverables within projects per requirements, estimate costs, risks, and follow-up.
• Be the main contact point with customers and stakeholders for documentation requirements and vendor definitions.
• Administrate and check documentation in projects related to technical matters in document management systems.
• Review documents against requirements and coordinate with engineering teams.
• Monitor and report on planned documentation delivery; store or submit documents as needed.
• Identify risks and opportunities; contribute to continuous improvement.
