Job summary

Hitachi Energy Sweden AB in Ludvika seeks a Project Documentation Manager to oversee documentation management in HVDC projects. You will report to the Project Director and coordinate with global document control resources.

You will establish processes, train teams, manage requirements and risks, prepare progress reports, and ensure timely deliverables while aligning with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience as Lead Document Control or Project Manager.
• Proficient with a document management system.
• Fluent in English and Swedish (written and spoken).
• Customer-oriented and proactive in communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Establish processes for documentation management based on base HVDC processes and adapt to contract requirements.
• Provide training and support to project team to follow the processes.
• Control customer contracts and specifications, manage requirements, assess risks and monitor cost follow-up.
• Prepare reports and presentations on project documentation and monitor progress of reviews and approvals.
• Coordinate alignment with project team, suppliers and third parties to agree on standards and workflow.
