Product Owner CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Location: Solna, Stockholm, Sweden

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: 19th March 2027

Work Style: Part-time (20 hrs per week) - 2-3 office days weekly, remainder remote

Role Objective

Provide day-to-day product ownership, direction, and prioritisation for the Agile team responsible for the CRM platform, customer-facing web solutions, and business-critical integrations. Ensure product development supports sales, customer service, and business processes across solar, battery, flexibility, and future energy services. Maintain stable operations, strong information security, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the CRM and digital customer platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the product backlog based on business value, risk, and strategic objectives.
• Act as the main point of contact between business teams, developers, architecture, IT, and external suppliers.
• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and prioritisation with relevant business stakeholders.
• Plan and monitor sprints, releases, and the product roadmap with the Scrum Master and development team.
• Ensure stable operations, monitor service levels, and manage technical debt.
• Manage budget tracking, forecasts, and input to business planning.
• Coordinate development relating to Microsoft Dynamics 365, integrations, web solutions, and customer journeys.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, information-security requirements, and other applicable controls.

Tasks

• Guide the development and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly Dynamics 365 Sales.
• Develop customer journeys and improve digital customer experiences across web and self-service platforms.
• Support partner and installer collaboration processes.
• Coordinate integrations with SAP, VIP, and other business-critical systems.
• Support asset-management and customer-data processes.
• Drive information-security, GDPR, and ISO 27001-related improvements.
• Identify and deliver opportunities to streamline and automate customer and support processes.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritised development initiatives.
• A prioritised and maintained product backlog aligned with business value and risk.
• Clear requirements, user stories, sprint priorities, and roadmap updates.
• Coordinated CRM, integration, web, and customer-journey improvements.
• Reliable operational follow-up, including service levels, technical debt, and compliance actions.
• Accurate budget forecasts and product-planning information.

Decision Authority / Responsibility

• Set day-to-day priorities for the Agile team within agreed business, budget, and technology constraints.
• Recommend product-roadmap priorities and delivery sequencing based on value, risk, and strategic objectives.
• Escalate material operational, security, compliance, budget, or delivery risks to the appropriate stakeholders.

Requirements

• More than nine years of relevant professional experience at senior-consultant level.
• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a comparable role.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable CRM platforms.
• Experience with Agile product development in Scrum or DevOps teams.
• Understanding of sales, customer-service, and digital customer-journey processes.
• Proven experience prioritising backlogs, writing requirements, and driving product roadmaps.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable development initiatives.
• Understanding of system integrations and business-critical IT solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken Swedish and English.
• Experience with budget and portfolio management.
• Relevant education in information systems, IT, business technology, or a comparable discipline.
