Job summary

Nederman Holding AB is seeking a Product Manager CRM to own and drive the global CRM platform and related processes from our Helsingborg base. You will bridge business needs with technical teams to ensure CRM capabilities support our commercial goals and deliver value to customers and users worldwide.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management or CRM-related roles.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service processes.
• Experience in digital transformation or CRM implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English and Swedish.

Role Overview

We believe you have

• Experience working as a Product Manager, Application Manager, Business Analyst, Project Manager or similar role within CRM platforms
• Experience working with CRM solutions (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred, others relevant)
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service processes
• Experience working in digital transformation, CRM implementation, or business development initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience facilitating workshops and driving cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish
