R2 Global in Sweden is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join their growing Microsoft team. The role is hybrid, working with CRM and Power Platform projects across varied client environments.

You will develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, build plugins in C#/.NET, work with Dataverse and APIs, and contribute to technical design and best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
• Strong C# and .NET development experience.
• Experience with Dataverse.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Experience with APIs and external system integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with consultants, architects and customers.
• Ability to own technical requirements and deliver solutions independently.

About the Role:

We are hiring on behalf of an established CRM and digital transformation consultancy in Sweden with a strong presence across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

The business works with a broad range of customers to improve sales, service, marketing, and wider customer-facing processes through modern CRM solutions. Their approach is highly consultative, combining strong technical delivery with a focus on understanding each customer’s business needs and building solutions around them.

They are now looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join their growing Microsoft team and play a key role in delivering tailored Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

This is a hands-on development role where you will work closely with functional consultants, solution architects, project managers, and customers throughout the full project lifecycle.

What You Will Be Doing:

What We Are Looking For:

• At least 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
• Strong hands‑on development experience with C# and .NET
• Experience with Dataverse
• Experience working with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 customisation and configuration
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, or external systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Comfortable working with consultants, architects, customers, and other stakeholders
• Ability to take ownership of technical requirements and deliver solutions independently

• Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or other Azure integration services
