Job summary

Belmont Lavan Ltd in Sweden is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects across industries. You will manage full project lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business objectives.

This customer-facing role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and deep knowledge of Microsoft business applications and digital transformation programmes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience delivering IT implementation projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and governance.
• Fluent Swedish and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, risk registers, and governance processes.
• Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and conduct fit-gap analyses to translate customer needs into practical solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, including functional consultants, developers, solution architects, testers, and third-party partners.
• Manage day‑to-day project execution, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Control project scope, manage change requests, mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee solution quality, testing, and integration activities involving Microsoft Azure, ERP platforms, APIs, and third-party applications.
• Apply recognised Microsoft implementation methodologies and project management best practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support organisational change management, user training, and adoption activities to maximise business value.
• Monitor project performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement using reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects. Working with customers across a range of industries, you will manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

This is a customer-facing role requiring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of Microsoft business applications and digital transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementation projects, from discovery and planning through to deployment, user adoption, and ongoing optimisation.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, risk registers, and governance processes.
• Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and conduct fit-gap analyses to translate customer needs into practical solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, including functional consultants, developers, solution architects, testers, and third-party partners.
• Manage day‑to‑day project execution, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Control project scope, manage change requests, mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee solution quality, testing, and integration activities involving Microsoft Azure, ERP platforms, APIs, and third-party applications.

• Minimum of three years' experience managing IT implementation projects, including at least two years delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform projects.
• Proven experience managing full project lifecycles, including new implementations, upgrades, migrations, and system enhancements.
• Strong knowledge of both Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management approaches.
• Experience delivering projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Project Operations.
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Experience managing integration projects involving Microsoft Azure, APIs, Logic Apps, ERP systems, or other enterprise applications.
• Excellent project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Swedish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable Experience

Experience in one or more of the following would be advantageous:

• Azure Integration Services, Azure Data Factory, or Microsoft DevOps.
• Solution architecture, security, or enterprise integration design.
• Microsoft implementation methodologies such as Success by Design.
• Consultancy or customer‑facing project delivery experience.
