Scania is seeking a Process Manager for Data Management & People Analytics to strengthen how People data supports business decisions across Business Areas and the Finance and P&C Communities.

You will connect business needs with global P&C processes, data governance and analytics capabilities, contributing to global standards while supporting AI-driven transformation and data-driven decision making. The role is collaborative and business-facing, combining analytics with governance.

Formación

• Proven experience with HR data, People Analytics, data governance, reporting, BI or HR process management.
• Strong understanding of data management principles including governance, stewardship, data quality, ownership and accessibility.
• Ability to identify analytics opportunities, translate business needs into insights, and perform basic analysis, reporting and visualization.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with experience supporting change and adoption.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Management, Analytics, Information Systems or related field.

• Strengthen data quality and governance by adopting global P&C processes and standards.
• Enable self-service and data-driven decision making by guiding stakeholders in using trusted People data and analytics tools.

• Support AI-related transformation and turn AI capabilities into business value.
