Qualifications

Experience partnering with senior leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies.
Ability to lead organizational design and workforce planning in a complex structure.
Strong advisory mindset with a proactive, collaborative approach.
Fluent English; Swedish is a plus and beneficial for local context.
Experience with labour law and employee relations in a multinational setting.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
