Qualifications

Experienced People Business Partner with coaching and change expertise.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach to decision making.
Experience with labour law and employee relations in a complex organization.
University degree in Human Resources or related field.

Responsibilities

Align people strategies with business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness.
Translate priorities into HR initiatives that enable sustainable performance.
Coach managers on leadership, performance, development, and team effectiveness.
Lead workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and succession planning.
Guide organizational change and transformation initiatives, building readiness.
Use people data to influence decisions and improve outcomes.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.
