Job description

Scania Credit Group (SCA), one of the captive Scania Financial Services entities, offers financing and insurance in the Middle East, Central Asia, and West Africa. SCA has become a leader in factoring solutions for non‑captive dealers and body‑builders, supporting Scania's goal to reduce CCC and offload its balance sheet. We have partnered with external credit insurers to mitigate commercial and political risks in certain transactions. SCA is expanding into new markets, particularly in the AMC region.

Based in Södertälje, the SCA Head Office and Market Support Centre provides governance, strategic development, credit risk management, contract administration, and IT support. With 50 employees, including 30 in Södertälje, we manage around 250 MEUR of assets across 10+ markets.

At SCA we value team spirit, diversity and respect. We believe that every employee should be able to be themselves at work. Our corporate culture is characterized by respect for the individual, continuous improvement and always putting the customer first.

Role Summary

As a Process Developer, you will play a key role in ensuring our business applications remain reliable, efficient, and aligned with evolving business needs. Working within our Process & IT team, you will combine operational support with project work, helping to maintain critical business systems while contributing to new initiatives and digital improvements.

Reporting to the IT Manager, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across IT, Finance, Credit Risk, Risk & Compliance, Business Development, and external partners. You will be the link between business and technology, ensuring our applications continue to meet business needs while identifying opportunities to simplify processes and enhance the user experience.

This is a hands‑on role where no two days are the same. One day you may be troubleshooting application issues, managing service requests, or supporting users; the next you could be coordinating testing, implementing system enhancements, participating in projects, or driving process improvements. If you enjoy solving problems, working closely with stakeholders, and making a tangible impact on how the business operates, this role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within an international financial services organisation.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide first‑ and second‑line support for business applications, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Support and administer View21 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including system configuration, maintenance, and enhancements.
  • Coordinate application configurations and support the implementation of new products and business initiatives.
  • Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), working closely with business stakeholders to validate system changes and enhancements.
  • Manage user access to business applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and supporting IT audit activities related to access, change, and incident management.
  • Collaborate with business users and vendors to analyse requirements, prioritise change requests, and implement system improvements.
  • Develop and maintain user guides, process documentation, and training materials to support knowledge sharing and user adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and workflows, driving efficiency through system enhancements and process optimisation.
  • Support user onboarding and offboarding by ensuring timely application provisioning, access management, and user enablement.
  • Contribute to projects and improvement initiatives across the Process & IT function, balancing operational support with the delivery of new capabilities.
Who You Are

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working closely with both business and IT stakeholders. You are curious, eager to learn, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks, whether it's resolving a support issue, coordinating testing, or driving a process improvement initiative.

You are structured and organised in your approach, able to balance operational responsibilities with project work while managing competing priorities. As a strong communicator, you build positive relationships across teams and are confident working in a collaborative environment.

Most importantly, you have a continuous improvement mindset, enjoy learning new systems and technologies, and are motivated by making a tangible impact on how the business operates.

Qualifications
  • A relevant university degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in application support, service management, process development, or a related IT/business systems role.
  • Experience working with incident management, change management, service requests, and user support.
  • Experience participating in system implementations, enhancements, testing (UAT), or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience with user access management, IT controls, compliance, or audit‑related activities.
  • Experience in financing, financial services, or a regulated business environment is highly preferred.
  • Professional proficiency in English; Swedish is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with View21 and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Lean methodologies or the Scania Way is beneficial.
  • Experience working in an international or cross‑functional environment is an advantage.
