Polarn O. Pyret, a Swedish childrenswear brand, is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition and profitable growth across our digital channels.
You will manage and optimize campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok and more, ensuring accurate tracking and data-driven decisions. You will report to Head of Growth Marketing and work from our Stockholm headquarters with a hybrid model of 2–3 days from home.

As we continue to grow our digital business, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and profitable growth across our digital channels.
As Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing our digital acquisition channels to drive customer growth and profitable sales across all our markets. You will manage and develop performance-driven activities across multiple platforms and ensure that our marketing investments deliver measurable business impact. You will be a part of our Marketing team reporting to Head of Growth Marketing.

The role is full‑time and based at our headquarters in Stockholm. PO.P applies a hybrid work model with the possibility to work from home 2–3 days per week.
