Picadeli is seeking a strategic People Operations Manager to lead HR digitalization and AI-enabled initiatives across markets. The role partners with the CHRO to shape strategy and translate it into practical programs spanning onboarding, compensation, and development.

You bring an international HR background, data-driven mindset, and strong English/Swedish communication to drive HR of the future. The position is based in Gothenburg.

Qualifications

• International background with HR expertise and AI/Data focus.
• Strategic and data-driven decision making comes naturally.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and digitalizing HR processes.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Drive digitalization of HR processes across markets and AI-enabled solutions.
• Own onboarding programs, policies, and system questions with labour-law compliance.
• Develop future skills mapping and leadership development initiatives.
• Lead employee engagement surveys and translate feedback into action plans.
• Oversee annual pay equity analysis and salary reviews with EU regulations.
