Job summary

Lovable, Stockholm-based, is seeking an AI Software Engineer to build AI-powered People systems that scale internal operations and potentially customer-facing features.

You will partner with the People team to design, ship, and iterate secure software handling sensitive data, with end-to-end ownership from research to deployment.

The role emphasizes product sense, stakeholder management, and building HRIS/ATS integrations with privacy in mind.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping production software that handles sensitive data in HR/identity domains.
• Experience with HR systems and ATS platforms (HiBob, Ashby, Workday, Greenhouse, etc.).
• Knowledge of designing secure systems with RBAC and data permissioning.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered internal products for Lovable's People work streams.
• Develop integrations with HRIS/ATS and identity providers.
• Design secure, compliant systems handling sensitive employee data.
• Own products end-to-end from ideation to deployment and iteration.
• Translate operational challenges into scalable technical solutions.
