Job summary

Volumental, a Stockholm-based FitTech company, seeks a Senior People Partner to shape next steps in People & Culture and build automation while preserving the human touch. You’ll own and improve tooling, reimagine recurring HR work, and partner with managers to drive high-performing teams.

You will lead cycles like salary reviews, use data to inform decisions, and collaborate across a small, diverse team. This full-time role is based at our Stockholm headquarters.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on HR experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience implementing or redesigning company-wide HR processes.
• Experience adding features to or integrating an HRIS (HiBob or comparable).
• Working fluency with AI tools and agents in day-to-day work.
• Broad understanding of employment law; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to build engaged, high-performing teams using data and trusted relationships.
• Rethink onboarding, probation and development talks; prototype automation solutions quickly.
• Own and improve people tooling (HiBob, Teamtailor) and extract insights to improve outcomes.
• Lead salary reviews and engagement surveys; prepare managers for smooth cycles.
• Contribute insights to workforce planning, compensation decisions, and priorities.
• Balance employee experience, efficiency, and compliance in daily operations.
