Volumental AB seeks a Senior People Partner to shape how we work as we scale. You’ll rethink tooling, build new AI-enabled agents, and automate recurring processes while preserving the human touch.

You’ll partner with managers, drive data-driven People activities, and build trusted processes that support growth, compliance, and an exceptional employee experience at our Stockholm HQ. This is a hands-on role for someone who can balance pragmatic systems work with thoughtful people leadership, and

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on HR experience across the lifecycle or deep expertise in key areas.
• Experience implementing or redesigning company-wide HR processes.
• Experience adding features to or integrating an HRIS (HiBob or comparable).
• Working fluency with AI tools in daily HR tasks and decision making.
• Broad understanding of employment law and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers, using data to build engaged, high-performing teams.
• Rethink onboarding, probation, and development talks; identify automation opportunities.
• Own and improve our people tooling (HiBob, Teamtailor) and extract insights.
• Run company-wide cycles like salary reviews and engagement surveys with Manager Academy.
• Provide team-level insights to workforce planning and compensation decisions.
• Balance employee experience, efficiency, and compliance in daily work.
