Job summary

Lovable is seeking an experienced HRBP to partner with Engineering, Product & Design across Stockholm and London. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on org design, location strategy, talent planning, and change management as we scale our EPD teams.

You’ll embed with Engineering, Product, and Design, coaching leaders, navigating employee relations, and shaping scalable People programs in an AI-native environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as an HRBP, People Partner, or equivalent supporting technical teams.
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Product & Design, Research, or similar tech groups.
• Experience at AI-native, developer tools, product-led, or high-growth tech companies.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to leadership on org design, location strategy, talent planning and change management.
• Lead on manager effectiveness, performance management processes, and employee relations at scale.
• Coach technical leaders through difficult conversations and promotions.
• Help shape scalable People programs, including career paths, leveling, and compensation cycles.
• Drive AI-native operating rhythms and pragmatic execution across EPD.
