Job summary

Verifone Sweden seeks a Technical Support Representative to join our on-site team in Stockholm. You will assist customers and partners with technical problems on existing payment terminals, install new terminals, and perform software updates.

You will handle phone and email inquiries, log cases in JIRA, and work in a rotating schedule that includes evenings and weekends. A technical mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Swedish and business fluent English.
• Experience in technical support is advantageous.
• Strong end-user IT systems literacy and quick learning.
• Excellent communication and customer-service mindset.
• Experience from high-volume or international environments is a plus.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts including evenings and weekends.
• On-site role in Stockholm; 40-hour work weeks.

Responsibilities
