Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in the same industry.
• Bachelor's degree in related fields such as IE, Logistics, or Operations Management.
• Master's degree is a plus and may be favorable for advanced roles.

The role drives operational performance through process optimization, technology adoption, and effective people and warehouse management.

Operational Management

• Manage daily operations to ensure service, productivity, and performance targets are achieved.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet operational demands and delivery commitments.
• Monitor and improve operational KPIs, driving efficiency while maintaining service quality.
• Oversee sorting and warehouse operations to maximize productivity and operational effectiveness.
• Develop contingency and incident management plans to minimize operational disruptions.

Process Improvement & Excellence

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Identify process gaps and implement solutions to improve productivity, quality, and cost effectiveness.
• Evaluate improvement initiatives and ensure sustainable outcomes across the operation.

Warehouse & Logistics Management

• Oversee warehouse operations, storage utilization, and workflow processes.

• Support the adoption of new technologies and operational tools to improve performance.

Safety, Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements and company policies.

• Regularly review emergency response and crisis management procedures.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

• At least 7 years of experience in a leadership / managerial position in the same industry
• Bachelors of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics or related field. Masters degree in related field is considered as a plus
• Experience in implementing and enforcing operational standards and procedures
