Aramex is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day station operations, driving efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement. You will lead resource planning, KPI tracking, and warehouse workflows while implementing innovative technologies to optimize performance.

With a focus on collaboration and high standards, you will coach the operations team and ensure adherence to safety policies and business continuity plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in the same industry.
• Bachelor's degree in related fields such as IE, Logistics, or Operations Management.
• Master's degree is a plus and may be favorable for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations to meet service, productivity, and performance targets.
• Plan and allocate resources to meet demands and delivery commitments.
• Monitor and improve operational KPIs to drive efficiency and quality.
• Oversee warehouse operations and storage utilization.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimization.
• Develop contingency and incident management plans.
