Stryker is seeking an operations leader to head warehousing and logistics, driving service levels, continuity, and continuous improvement. Qualifications

Minimum 2 years leading teams in logistics, warehouse, distribution, or operational environments.
Fluent English and Swedish.
Experience managing operational performance through KPIs, metrics, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead daily warehouse and logistics operations to achieve service levels, quality, and inventory accuracy.
Manage priorities, resources, and schedules for efficient execution of objectives.
Monitor and report KPIs with accurate data to support decision-making.
Drive process improvements using Lean principles and data-driven methods.
Develop and maintain SOPs aligned with ISO 9001/ISO 14001.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan resources for growth and readiness.
Lead employee development, recruitment, performance management, and engagement.
Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to address requirements and improve performance.
