Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
• Warehousing experience; leadership experience would be an advantage.
• Fluent Swedish language skills and good English language skills
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience driving change and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and financial acumen.
• Advanced PC and Excel skills.
• Hands-on, customer-focused and self-motivated mindset.
