Job summary

Tata consultancy Services in Sweden seeks an IT Support Engineer for an onsite, approximately one-year contract. You will be the visible point of contact for colleagues needing practical technical support across devices, apps, and network connectivity.

The role offers broad exposure to enterprise technology, collaboration with local and global teams, and opportunities to own issues from first contact to resolution while growing your expertise in Windows, Microsoft 365, AD, and Intune.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Experience in enterprise/corporate environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, M365, Teams, AD.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN.
• Asset lifecycle and device management; exposure to Intune is valuable.
• A degree or diploma in IT, computer science, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on onsite support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers and other workplace technology.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues; coordinate with specialist teams when needed.
• Set up, deploy, replace and retire devices with accurate asset and inventory records.
• Support meeting-room technology, audio-visual equipment and collaboration tools.
• Contribute during upgrades, office moves and transformation initiatives with clear documentation.
• Identify recurring issues and share ideas to improve service quality and employee experience.
