Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Sweden is seeking an IT Support Engineer for onsite support across laptops, desktops, mobile devices and meeting-room tech.

This contract role (~1 year) offers a frontline opportunity to work with local and global teams, troubleshoot issues from first contact to resolution, and contribute to smooth daily operations in a corporate environment. Fluency in English is required; 3+ years of IT support experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support experience in corporate or enterprise environments.
• Proficient with Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, and AD/identity concepts.
• Good knowledge of IT service management tools and network fundamentals.
• Experience with device lifecycle management and Intune is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on onsite IT support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers and meeting-room tech.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues; coordinate with specialist teams.
• Set up, deploy and retire devices; maintain asset and inventory records.
• Support collaboration tools and AV equipment; ensure reliable connectivity.
• Contribute to upgrades, moves and workplace transformation with clear documentation.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest service improvements.
