Job summary

TECEZE is seeking an Onsite IT Support Engineer to attend a retail store in Lyckeby, Sweden, performing on-site troubleshooting and network diagnostics. This role requires hands-on problem solving at a customer site and coordinating with the remote technical team.

You will troubleshoot connectivity, check the existing network setup, and perform basic cable testing using PuTTY and console access. Strong communication and independent work at client premises are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Support / Field Support / Network Support.
• Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with console access and network devices.
• Ability to use PuTTY for device connectivity.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently at a customer site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot the store's IT/network connectivity issue.
• Check and diagnose the existing network setup.
• Perform basic network connectivity and cable testing.
• Use console access for troubleshooting/configuration as required.
• Coordinate with the remote technical team via Microsoft Teams.
• Complete functional testing after troubleshooting.
