Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to join our team in Karlskoga, Sweden. You will provide hands-on onsite IT support, handling 1st and 2nd line incidents and IMACD activities to maintain a high‑quality IT experience for users.

Role requires strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills, with experience in Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, AD, Azure and Intune. Onsite five days a week, some travel within Sweden may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of EUC support in a large IT/infrastructure environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, connectivity and End User Computing.
• Experience with Windows and macOS, and supporting iOS/Android devices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure and Intune/MDM.
• Understanding of the IMACD lifecycle and desktop support processes.
• Familiarity with SCCM or equivalent endpoint imaging/deployment tools.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes and incident/service request management.
• Experience using ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line onsite IT support and manage incidents within SLAs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity and EUC issues.
• Support ServiceNow, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune environments.
• Rebuild and reinstall endpoints and assist with domain changes in OT environments.
• Deliver IMACD activities: installations, moves, additions, changes and disposals of IT equipment.
• Support Windows and macOS devices, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Maintain and troubleshoot printers, scanners, video conferencing equipment.
• Provide priority support to VIP users when required.
• Act as a visible, customer-focused onsite IT contact and manage expectations to resolution.
• Keep accurate, timely ticket updates for stakeholders.
