Job summary

ABB Motion High Power (MOHP) Västerås is expanding its Operations Development team to form a dedicated Maintenance and Facility unit. You will lead a ~15-person team of employees and on-site contractors, owning uptime and service costs through data-driven decisions.

The role requires strong leadership, proactive action, and Swedish communication skills. On-site at Finnslätten, you will shape maintenance planning, performance of suppliers, and safety activities.

Qualifications

• Several years of leadership in manufacturing/maintenance environments.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical installation work and regulations.
• Proven experience with maintenance systems and KPI-driven performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance organization for optimized uptime and cost.
• Maintain electrical installation competence and authorization.
• Oversee maintenance procedures, routines, and documentation.
• Follow up supplier performance and service KPIs.
• Coordinate Facility service activities under ABB Real Estate.
