Job summary
ABB Motion High Power (MOHP) Division seeks a Maintenance and Facility Manager to lead a team of about 15, driving uptime and cost efficiency at the Västerås site. You will own maintenance processes, safety, and service contracts to support reliable production.
You bring extensive leadership in industrial maintenance and strong electrical installation expertise, with a track record of effective team development and cross-functional coordination. On-site role at Finnslätten, Västerås, Sweden.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in a Maintenance Manager or similar leadership role in manufacturing.
- Strong technical understanding of electrical installation work, including regulations and compliance.
- Proven experience with maintenance systems and KPI-based performance management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the maintenance organization for optimized process uptime and service cost.
- Oversee electrical installation compliance and safety responsibilities.
- Coordinate Facility service activities and manage supplier performance.
- Drive KPI-based performance management and continuous improvement.
