Job summary

Azurreo is seeking a reliable Local Support Assistant in Uppsala, Sweden to provide essential on-site operational support at our local office. This is a freelance, on-demand engagement, not a full-time or part-time employee position.

Responsibilities include office scouting and facilities coordination, shipment coordination and inventory management, and on-site troubleshooting. Tasks are scheduled in advance during standard business hours; no fixed weekly hours are guaranteed.

Responsibilities

• Office scouting and facilities coordination: visit prospective office locations, liaise with landlords, collect rental and facility information, prepare concise reports.
• Shipment coordination and inventory management: manage shipments with carriers and maintain digital inventory records.
• On-site troubleshooting and support: diagnose hardware/software issues and liaise with vendors to resolve problems.
