Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support in the Sweden office, handle equipment distribution and basic configuration.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding by installing software and preparing gear.
• Troubleshoot desktop software, hardware and network issues with HQ support.
• Perform daily maintenance for meetingspace and printer equipment, support meetings.
• Help maintain IT asset records and local warehouse management.
• Carry out on-site tasks under HQ guidance, including device replacement and network reboots.
• Coordinate with local suppliers and courier services as needed.

Job description

1. 1. Provide on‑site IT support services for the Sweden office. Take charge of the distribution, collection, repair‑request submission and basic configuration of employees’ IT equipment including computers, monitors and mobile phones.
2. 2. Assist in office‑equipment preparation and software installation for new hires, and deliver IT support and training for employee onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
3. 3. Help troubleshoot common desktop‑related software, hardware and network issues, and cooperate with the headquarters IT team to complete fault diagnosis.
4. 4. Perform daily inspections and simple maintenance for meeting‑room and printer equipment, and provide IT support for meetings.
5. 5. Support IT asset stock‑taking, label management and maintenance of asset records, and be responsible for local IT warehouse management.
6. 6. Carry out on‑site operational tasks under the guidance of the headquarters IT team, such as equipment replacement, network‑device reboot, logistics and shipment arrangement.
7. 7. Assist in liaising with local suppliers and courier service providers as needed. Complete other daily office IT‑support‑related tasks.

Must‑have

1. 1. Current undergraduate or postgraduate student, or other part‑time personnel.
2. 2. Available to work on‑site at the office for fixed 2‑3 days per week (schedule adjustable according to actual business needs).
3. 3. Possess good communication skills in English and the local language.
4. 4. Familiar with Windows, Microsoft 365 and other commonly‑used office software.
5. 5. Have basic capabilities in operating and troubleshooting computers and office equipment.
6. 6. Diligent and responsible, with solid service awareness and communication skills.
7. 7. Able to complete on‑site support work independently.

Preferred

1. 1. Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
2. 2. Prior relevant experience in Helpdesk, IT Support or Desktop Support roles.
3. 3. Familiar with the management of MacBook and Windows terminal devices.
4. 4. Previous experience in corporate IT support or campus IT services.

This role focuses mainly on on‑site execution work. Candidates are not required to independently resolve complex technical issues. Complex faults and technical support will be provided remotely under the guidance of the expert IT team at China headquarters. The part‑time staff are primarily responsible for on‑site assistance and task execution.
