Job summary

Beyond Gravity in Linköping seeks an Onsite IT Specialist to join the IT Service Desk and Field Service Team. You will support daily IT usage, maintain equipment stability, and collaborate across tech and business units to minimize downtime.

Requirements include 2–5 years in technical support, strong OS/network knowledge, and fluency in English and Swedish. The role offers onsite work with potential shifts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Completed technical education with a focus on IT or equivalent work experience.
• Years of experience: Intermediate, typically 2 to 5 years.
• Good knowledge of network tech (LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi/DNS/DHCP) and server landscapes.
• Familiarity with iOS and Android devices for end-user support.
• Excellent English and Swedish with strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for end users via phone or ticket.
• Perform remote troubleshooting for Windows-based applications.
• Determine best solutions and guide users through steps.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels.
• Record events and resolutions in logs and update status.
• Collaborate on IT projects across the life cycle of IT infra.
• Assist other service providers and support staff where needed.
