Qualifications

• Must be a current undergraduate or postgraduate student, or part-time staff.
• Available to work on-site 2–3 days per week with flexible scheduling.
• Good communication in English and the local language.
• Familiar with Windows, Microsoft 365 and common office software.
• Basic ability to operate and troubleshoot computers and office equipment.
• Reliable, diligent with strong service orientation.
• Capable of independent on-site support.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support in the Sweden office, handle equipment distribution and basic configuration.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding by installing software and preparing gear.
• Troubleshoot desktop software, hardware and network issues with HQ support.
• Perform daily maintenance for meetingspace and printer equipment, support meetings.
• Help maintain IT asset records and local warehouse management.
• Carry out on-site tasks under HQ guidance, including device replacement and network reboots.
• Coordinate with local suppliers and courier services as needed.
