Jobtailor is seeking an Omnichannel CRM & Consumer Care Executive to design, deliver and optimise CRM programmes across Western Europe. You will drive data-led activations, monitor engagement metrics and collaborate across teams to meet business targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CRM, digital marketing, activation or consumer care roles.
• Strong proficiency in CRM platforms and performance analytics tools; knowledge of Shopify, Trustpilot, Adobe suites, Google Marketing Platform, Google Search Console, Power BI.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to link CRM activities to business objectives.
• Omnichannel marketing understanding and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent English; Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support design, delivery and optimisation of CRM and Consumer Care programmes across Western Europe.
• Contribute to strategy and execute data-led activations within the ACR framework to drive acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Ensure delivery of CRM initiatives aligned to business targets; leverage performance data to optimise results.
• Combine creativity, consumer insight and data to build effective CRM journeys and omnichannel activation.
• Analyse consumer trends and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Share insights to drive capability and performance across Western Europe.
• Coordinate milestones, timelines and budgets; manage targeting, personalisation and testing to improve campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to deliver initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with legal and governance standards; maintain data integrity across systems.
• Track CRM performance and report on engagement, CSAT and NPS metrics; drive optimisation.
