Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced leader to head a line team of around 15 people, including CRM Developers, Java Developers, and Business experts. You will own the CRM engineering practices and IT assets, ensuring lifecycle management, risk, and operational stability.

You will report to the Head of Channels & CRM Engineering and drive CRM capabilities across the organization, combining strong people leadership with a passion for technology and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience managing tech teams.
• Experience leading CRM initiatives and engineering practices.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead a line team of around 15 people (CRM Developers, Java Developers, and Business experts).
• Own IT assets, people, and engineering practices connected to CRM applications.
• Ensure robust IT asset ownership, including lifecycle management, risk, and operational stability.
• Report to the Head of Channels & CRM Engineering.
