Bravida is seeking a Head of Talent Management to shape our Nordic People agenda and drive impact across the Nordics. You will report to the CHRO and partner with HR and business leaders to translate strategy into practical solutions, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

In this role you will develop talent strategies, career paths and learning programs, lead a virtual team, and champion future-ready HR technologies while fostering a high-performing, inclusive work culture.

• Strong strategic capabilities with international experience.

• Experience in decentralized organizations and field technician environments.

• Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language.

In this pivotal position, you will report directly to our CHRO and serve as a key member of the Nordic HR management team. While the role has a strong strategic focus, success also requires a pragmatic and hands‑on approach. You will spend significant time working closely with HR and business leaders across the Nordics, turning strategy into practical solutions, supporting implementation and ensuring real impact in the business.

Bravida is a highly decentralized company, with most of our co-workers located at customer projects and delivering services. Our Group functions are streamlined and we have strong country organizations that drive our business, executing on Group Business Strategy and Functional Strategy. Therefore, a key success factor in this role is to be highly visible and communicative, translating Talent strategy into impact in our local business units.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic development in areas such as Leadership, Teamship, Employeeship, Employer Branding, Performance & Development, DEI and Learning.
• While many talent management activities are mainly delivered through our Country HR organizations, the main focus of the role will be on career/skill frameworks, learning/development curriculums and design/delivery of group wide programs
• Act as the subject matter expert for all talent processes—driving change, business impact and the integration of future‑ready people tech solutions.
• Lead the virtual team of Talent/Learning Managers across our country HR teams—driving consistency, effectiveness and best practice taking.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone with a passion for HR and business transformation, with a passion for learning/development. You thrive on making a real difference and enjoy balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. You are equally comfortable shaping long‑term people strategies and driving implementation to create real business impact.

You bring:

• Proven experience in all or most areas of Talent Management, with specific experience of career paths, learning curriculums related to both leadership positions, expert functions and production workers
• Strong strategic capabilities combined with a proven ability to execute and deliver results in international organizations
• A pragmatic and hands‑on approach, with the ability to move seamlessly between strategy, execution and follow‑up.
• Experience working in decentralized organizations—ideally within industries involving field technicians or operational teams.
• Experience implementing HCM solutions, aligning processes and driving user adoption.
• A strong personal drive, combined with sound business acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to build long‑term relationships, structure complex initiatives and lead cross‑functional collaboration.
• A genuine interest in understanding the business and working closely with managers and HR colleagues to solve both strategic and day‑to‑day challenges.
• Fluency in English and at least one of the Nordic languages. If you happen to be a Dane, Finn or Norwegian living in Stockholm, great! Swedes are, of course, welcome too.

Location

Hägersten/Stockholm. Flexibility to travel and spend time in our Nordic countries is a must. We are an "office-first" organization, believing that learning and strategic change happens when we meet in person.
