Job summary

DNV is seeking an inclusive Team Lead for the Solar & Battery Storage unit in Nordics, based in Sweden or Finland. You will guide the team, own people leadership, customer relationships and delivery while maintaining disciplined resource planning and governance.

This hands-on role emphasizes guiding projects, driving value, and ensuring high-quality consulting outcomes for renewable energy clients. You will work closely with Head of Department and market leaders, exploring AI-enabled services

Qualifications

Fluent English required; Swedish/Finnish a plus.
Experience in consulting, professional services or renewable energy with customer focus.
Active interest in AI and digital tools to improve services.
Strong customer and commercial orientation; translate needs into solutions.
Proactive, responsible, and ownership mindset; capable of leading teams.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a diverse team within Nordics region.
Build trusted relationships with customers and shape solutions.
Oversee project delivery with adequate resource planning and forecasting.
Manage operational aspects including planning, utilization and financial follow-up.
Drive sales focus by pursuing opportunities and proposals and contributing to growth.
Champion responsible use of AI and digital tools to enhance value.
Collaborate across sections and geographies to ensure consistent customer experience.
